I’ve been intrigued with the display of basic manners (or lack of) in many adults. What has amazed me is the fact that these individuals may have come from affluent families and may have attended prestigious educational institutions. On a personal note , when I come to think of it , my behaviours and values have been largely been influenced by my parents rather than the schools and colleges I have attended.
Personal inherent behaviours and values are distinct and vary by individual , but in professional life , most organization’s imbibe organizational values into employees to a certain level of alignment. However , it is a strong inherent personal value system developed in the early years that differentiates true mentors, coaches and leaders from the rest. I’m glad to see that the Talentease team has thought through this deficiency of value education in our system and are taking a big stride in realizing this vision of enabling the younger generation to be better individuals. My best wishes to Talentease for their journey. For all parents browsing through this website , START with grabbing this opportunity of gifting the Headstart program to your child.

“For far too long, learning has been thought of as "book learning" only. While this is very important, the real world suggests that a book learning education without real social skills is almost worthless. Having strong value-based social skills is the aim of TalentEase and something I am 100% convinced of in terms of preparing the youth of today for the job markets of tomorrow. I can't think of a more valuable investment I would make for my children’s future than the skills they will learn from TalentEase.”

Ed is a Managing Director in Accenture’s BPO Growth Platform supporting the Communications, Media and Technology Group. Prior to this he was the Account Manager for the world’s largest HR global outsourcing engagement.. He has been working in outsourcing for over 18 , with the last eight being with Accenture.

Ed has extensive experience in running large, multi-tower and multi-cultural engagements. His functional knowledge extends over IT, F&A, HR and Learning, and he has worked in five continents. TalentEase is one of those rare companies that takes Stephen Covey’s exhortation seriously; they “begin with the end in mind.” By analyzing the critical success factors needed in the corporate world, they have devised a compelling combination of skill and value-based inputs for students. And they deliver these inputs with a missionary zeal that I wish professionals in all walks of life could emulate. Most impressive though is the way they make this process of learning and unlearning such an exciting and fun-filled journey for students. And by the way, they don’t make widgets or software; they make future leaders...and how cool is that!

Based in Sydney, Australia, Ivan has over a decade of experience delivering industry research and consulting to clients in the energy, automation, process control, environment, building technologies, construction, facilities management, electronics, chemicals and food & beverage sectors.

Through global and regional market quantification, competitive analysis, product and technology review, market entry strategy development, go-to-market planning and B2B customer research, he has helped manufacturers, service providers, universities, government departments and investors take informed decisions impacting their growth.

Author of custom consulting reports and multi-client reports on frost.com, Ivan is also a thought-leader with regular contributions to industry publications and as speaker at leading industry events.
