I’ve been intrigued with the display of basic manners (or lack of) in many adults.
What has amazed me is the fact that these individuals may have come from affluent
families and may have attended prestigious educational institutions. On a personal note
, when I come to think of it , my behaviours and values have been largely been influenced
by my parents rather than the schools and colleges I have attended.
Personal inherent behaviours and values are distinct and vary by individual , but in professional life , most organization’s imbibe organizational values into employees to a certain level of alignment. However , it is a strong inherent personal value system developed in the early years that differentiates true mentors, coaches and leaders from the rest. I’m glad to see that the Talentease team has thought through this deficiency of value education in our system and are taking a big stride in realizing this vision of enabling the younger generation to be better individuals. Anand leads the HR delivery for Business Process Service at Cognizant.. In this role he manages the entire gamut of HR delivery for the BPO practice across India & Philippines. Anand’s career includes stints with Arvind Mills and Eicher Goodearth and a longer than 10 year innings with various GE businesses and Genpact. He is a certified Black belt and a Master black belt from GE. He has worked across IT & Software Operations, Account Management, Compliance and finally HR in GE/Genpact across Geographies like India, US, UK, China & South Africa.
He has 18 years of experience post his Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Devi Ahilya University, Indore and MBA in Operations Management from NITIE, Mumbai.

Ed is a Managing Director in Accenture’s BPO Growth Platform supporting the Communications, Media and Technology Group. Prior to this he was the Account Manager for the world’s largest HR global outsourcing engagement.. He has been working in outsourcing for over 18 , with the last eight being with Accenture.
Ed has extensive experience in running large, multi-tower and multi-cultural engagements. His functional knowledge extends over IT, F&A, HR and Learning, and he has worked in five continents. Ed has a MBA degree from the University of Dallas and a BA degrees from the University of Missouri and the University of Notre Dame (Finance/Accounting).
