• He is a seasoned Changemaker and a Social Entrepreneur. He has supported initiatives of 50+ corporate globally in disability inclusion at the workplace.
• He Co-founded Youth4Jobs Foundation and has worked with the Government of Andhra Pradesh and Bihar as part of the world bank program.
• He also has served extensively in ecosystem building and systemic change by influencing programs and policies.
• He has  Scaled-up skill development programs in India and Mauritius.  Gopal is also an Acumen India Fellow and UnLtd India Fellow.
• He has recently completed his ‘walking pilgrimage’ covering 3400kms on foot in 133days across rural Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra.
• He is currently on a mission to enhance the impact of various social organizations with ecosystem building, systems change using technology platforms and also to bring empathy as a business practice as a skill among children.
