Reeth Abraham has over 15 years of athletic career representing India in various athletic events.

Experience

She was a part of The Red Ribbon Revolution. She is also the founder, a member and the convener of the Clean Sports India movement. She is on the advisory board of many schools and colleges to improve their sports curriculum. Currently, she is the director of NEB Sports and also a consultant for sports and fitness.

An Arjuna awardee, Reeth Abraham has won 16 Gold and 11 Silver medals at the National Championships and also an Asian Medalist in Long Jump. She is the current world and Asian champion in the triple jump in her age category. She is also the first Indian mother to break a National and South Asian Games Record and the first Asian woman to win an Asian medal in an individual event as a mother.

She is a fervent sports person who wants to give something back to the sport by encouraging the younger generation to get stronger both physically and mentally.
