• He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Christ University, Bangalore in the year 1987. Subsequently in the year 2004, he earned his Post Graduate Diploma in NGO Management from Annamalai University.
• He has done many certification courses such as Advanced Leadership training (Haggai International, Singapore), Advanced Counselling (Association of Christian Counselors), MERIT trainer (Achieving Authentic Success, USA) to name a few.
• He started his career as a managing partner in the Media industry for about 21 years and later shifted his focus on leadership training and was heading “Learning & Development and Talent Management” in various corporates like HCL, Xchanging, Autoliv. Currently, he is providing counselling and customized Behavioural Training Solutions.
• He is a sportsperson and currently plays Table Tennis for the veteran’s state team in the 50+ category and has won 7 National Medals and was also named “Karnataka Player of the year” in 2019. He is a glider pilot and a photography enthusiast.
• He is passionate about life and relationships. He is keen on contributing to people’s development with an intrinsic outlook to discover and focus on developing people.
