She is  Trained in Systemic and Group Coaching with Peter Hawkins. Certified in Hogan assessments in April 2013 and completed advanced Interpretation in 2015.

She has headed the Bangalore Profit Centre of Mafoi Management Consultants. Being an experienced Assessor, she has done more than 100 ACs. Her clients include Unilever, Madura Coats, Scania, Himalaya Healthcare, to name a few.

She is a panelist with reputed global consultants like Mercer and Korn Ferry. She has Given feedback to more than 300 senior executives on all the inventories like Hogan EQ.
