He has also worked variously as a tech-based entrepreneur, behavioural & leadership change facilitator and consultant on organisational change & capacity building with JCB, Barclays Shared Services, HT Media, Honeywell ADI, BSES, Airtel Payments Bank, GE to name a few. Currently, he is a Business Mentor for Comply4hr.com on a part-time basis.
