He did his B.E. (Production Engineering) from the University of Mumbai. He pursued his MBA from  Mumbai.

He was a speaker, Moderator and Lead Author. He has worked in leading corporates like Rio Tinto Alcan, Hindalco Industries, Madura Garments, Mahindra & Mahindra, Godrej & Boyce. Served as Practice Head at Tata Strategic Management Group till 2017. A  Mentor & Advisor 2020. A formally trained person in Facilitation and Corporate Communication. He is the  Founder of ikigai Discoveries.
