She spent around ten years in the UK, during which she worked with organizations like Wipro, IBM, Norgine pharmaceuticals and Dept. of Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), which is a ministerial department of the government of UK till 2011. She has around six years as a Corporate Facilitator for Soft Skills, Capability Building, Voice and Accent and Business English. Currently, she is an associate consultant coach with Alchemy, a boutique consulting and coaching firm.

She enjoys coaching early leaders who are navigating from an individual contributor to leading with intent, being their thinking partner in this journey of awareness, growth and transformation.
