He was an HR Professional in various corporates like  Best & Crompton Ltd., KONE  Elevators, Dyna Lamps & Glass Works Ltd., MAC & CSS Group of Companies and was also a Chief People Officer in Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd Hospitality Retail Chain, Chennai.  He is a Process Partner with leading newspaper “ BUSINESS LINE” for their Campus Challenge. Currently, he is an ICF – Associate Certified Coach, Career Transition Analyst, Career Counsellor, Facilitator, Mentor.
