Namrata has got 18 years of diversified cross functional experience across the industry. She started her career in 2003 and was selected in the Army as an Officer and since then has been no looking back.

In her glorious career of Army she has handled many strategic level portfolios and spearheaded many projects in Jammu and Kashmir along with her team. She has commended her teams in the real VUCA in Sikkim and Jammu Kashmir.

She was selected in the Woman SkyDiving Team and has 21 jumps to her credit from 14000 feet. She has also led 70 KM of River Rafting Expedition in River Teesta in Sikkim.

She has been part of many panels and has a credit of her paper being published as well.
