She has completed the International Coach Federation approved coach certificate training program in 2020 to become a Transformational Coach. While Karuna has been coaching working professionals in  her various corporate stints, she is keen on extending her coaching support to teenagers and young adults to guide them towards making fulfilling life and career choices.

She completed her Masters in Organizational Psychology from Delhi University and acquired professional certification from MICA in Strategic Media Management. Karuna is trained on a range of psychometric tools and behavioral development methodologies including individual and in her corporate stint, she has worked with Right Management, a multinational consulting firm and Viacom18, a media powerhouse in India. She has worked with the highest levels in client organizations across various industries and partnered with CXOs in a range of environments to lead more than 100+ talent management projects.

She is currently managing her digital content agency – Orange Radius, where she is responsible for business growth and content creation for brand marketing, employer branding and digital learning. Karuna has recently co-developed India’s first happiness measurement tool for workplaces in India.
