Anand has over 22 years of corporate and leadership experience across leading organisations such as HSBC, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, ABN AMRO and IndusInd Bank. Over his career span, he has been extensively involved in leading businesses and geographies, owning the P&L responsibility and managing teams. In his various corporate roles, Anand has also played an active and significant role in organisational initiatives such as recruitment and training, retaining and nurturing talent, mentoring and coaching, and building and developing teams.
Anand is passionate about behavioural sciences and psychology. He is driven by the philosophy that almost all problems in the business world can be solved through a deeper understanding of this subject matter. He truly believes that outside the realm of basic domain knowledge and intelligence, success and / or results are strongly guided by psychological factors. His vision is to bring about significant improvement in tangible business results by impacting people. Anand identifies impacting people as capacity building.
Anand has been an executive coach since 2014. He has a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation USA (ICF). He has over 800 coaching hours and has worked with individuals across sectors and geographies. He is passionate about unlocking the power of untapped potential which he feels is an essential prerequisite to achieving personal transformation and breakthroughs.
