He has over 22 years of experience in the Indian Navy and has twenty years of experience in Coaching, Training and Mentoring. He applies neuroscience in his coaching. He is also a Master Practioner in NLP.
He has done his Masters in Physics. He is a Credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by ICF.
He was with the Indian Navy for 22 Years (Oct 1977 to Jan 2000). Post Jan 2000 till 2016, he has worked in different institutions and organizations. Since 2016 he is a freelancer.
He believes that” Every individual has enough potential and is resourceful to become whatever he or she wants to be ” – this belief has helped him to bring the best out of an individual when coaching or mentoring them.
