His areas of expertise include Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Personal & Professional Effectiveness.  He has trained several thousand professionals from CXOs to graduate hires and has successfully coached many of them to level up in their careers in line with their talents.  Chris conducts Management Development Seminars at various forums, is a guest lecturer at several colleges and has guided students to discover their purpose and identify their future career, in line with their passion and skills.
