• She also underwent training to be a virtual trainer and conducted successful training for a large audience across the globe using the virtual tools.
• Earlier, Elena managed a training institute – IIHT, Institute of Hardware Technology, Bangalore and trained successful batches for Hardware and Networking. The program was for working senior level engineers. 
• She lectured in St Joseph’s Science College for degree students for six years where she taught computer hardware and conducted HR / Leadership programs.
• Her mission is to build relationships and be a catalyst in the learning process. Elena has over fifteen years of experience in the education platform and believes in continuous learning.
• Part of the team of Facilitators in TalentEase where she has delivered successful training programs at different levels from kids in primary classes to teachers of high school.

Elena recently completed a certification course on Career Guidance coach, and Digicoach Infinity Blueprint.  She is Master Practitioner of NLP (Nuero-Linguistic Programming) and utilizes this powerful tool in her training, ART and counseling sessions.  She is a certified counselor and was a student counselor in St Joseph’s college where she lectured and guided students to make the right choices in life.  She is a counselor in the Family Welfare Center of the Archdiocese of Bangalore where she delivers sessions and counsels couples/ individuals before marriage.
