Develop and implement individualized educational plans for children with special needs including children with neuro-muscular and developmental disorders, speech impairment, mild to moderate intellectual delays, children with ADHD and learning disabilities. Identify and implement goals tailored and customised to the child’s individual needs and abilities. Employed multidisciplinary and trans-disciplinary approach. Coordinate with Parents, teachers, medical practitioners and para medical service providers that include speech, occupational and physical therapists. Provide remedial sessions to children with learning disabilities from mainstream schools.

Co-authored a book on Inclusive Education, titled, Ms. How and Me. The book is a compilation of experiences and expertise of all stakeholders, an initiative of Drishti Counselling Services. The title and the cover page is the title of my write-up. Based on my experience as a Special Educator in working with a child with behavioural and Learning Difficulties.
