She has done her Bachelor’s in Economics. Hansraj College, University of Delhi/ Diploma in Training & Development (ISTD)/  Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Personnel Management from symbiosis.

Her Certifications include: ICF Certified Transformational Leadership Coach PCC/ICF Certified Executive Coach by Neuroleadership Group| Certified wellness Coach ICF| Certified NLP Master Practitioner by NLP academy | Certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer by Six Seconds. Her experience includes a seven-year stint with EXL service & Interglobe Enterprises.

She successfully trained the pilot batch for EXL Service and designed an award-winning Induction Program for them and also has extensive experience in training and facilitation with over 5000 hours of training. She has delivered High Impact programs across verticals and Functions such as the services, FMCG and the ITES industry.
