Ms. Karen Walls comes with a first-class degree in Economics and Business Studies from Edinburgh University. She began her career as a graduate trainee with the Ford Motor Co, working at both the Dagenham factory and in the Head Office. She left Ford to join Accenture in their Change Management Division and subsequently spent seven years with Hay Group before setting up Karen Walls Associates  Ltd. in 2001.

She gained Qualification as an Executive Coach through McBer . She delves into human behavior by combining strong business insights with a reflective understanding of human behavior. Her system of approaching such a topic is through constructive, honest and motivational methods. 

All the work that she has pursued has been with relation to people. In addition, she has also been accredited to use a range of psychometrics which include the Hogan suite. She has designed and implemented multiple behavioral changes, leadership, OD and top team effectiveness interventions, coached and facilitated at Board, executive, senior and middle management level.
