• Meera Ramesh has over 14 years of experience as a psychologist and a life skills trainer.
• She completed her BA English Literature from Bharathidasan University and later did her M.Sc Psychology. She pursued her Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counseling from Madras University.
• She started her career as a Resource Person in The Hindu newspaper in 2006 and later in 2008 shifted her focus to counseling. She was a Counsellor, Faculty, Resource Person in various institutions like Jennys Acadamy, Jennys College of Nursing (Trichy), School for Quality Management (Trichy), Hallmark Business School (Trichy). She was also counseling couples & families in Family Court (Trichy). Currently, she is the consultant Psychologist & faculty at Athma Institute of Mental Health & Social Sciences, Trichy and she is also conducting counseling & therapy sessions for students of IIM, Trichy.
• She writes mental health articles for hospital magazines and she is also the editor for many magazines.
• Her motto in life is to extend guidance and counsel students and families to handle their issues and cope with their problems.
