He did his Diploma in Counselling from Banjara Academy, Bangalore. His certifications are as follows: MCC from ICF, Certified Systematic Team Coach, Certified Behavioural Assessor.

He was a National Sales Training Officer in Hindustan Unilever for a decade.  He also has worked with NGOs like  Agastya International, CoachesForYou. From  2011 till March 2020, he was heading Talent & Learning Asia Cluster for Coats PLC.

He has a total Coaching experience of  3,916 hours. He has provided pro bono Life Coaching to the community.
