He is an MBA (Marketing) from The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and MSc (Physics) from The University of Delhi. He is an ICF certified coach (ACC). He has attended Management Development Programs at The Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore.
He has more than 35years of experience in the field of sales, marketing and consulting. He headed the Marketing function at Hyundai Motors and Hero Honda. Then he was an Executive Director at TNS India. Till the end of 2019, he was the Country Head of MSXI India.
Pradeep is a speaker at Climate Change Conference(Volkswagen), SIAM Annual Conclaves, FADA Conferences, CNBC TV 18 Auto Awards. He is a judge and a jury member at MRSI, Delhi Advertising Club and also a member of the Expert Jury for The Mahindra Transport Excellence Awards for the last seven years.
