Rachel Shetty has over 20 years of solid experience in  Corporate Client relationship management, customer relations, business development, Operations, Implementations, New product development, Training, Project Management, Product Implementation & Consulting and executing business strategy.

She completed her MA in Political Science, Bangalore University and pursued her M.B.A in Computer Information Systems Baruch College, City University of New York. She is also an IELTS Trainer, The British Council. She also holds a Black belt six sigma certification from New York.

She started her career as Data Security Manager in American Express, New York in 1993 and went on to become the Director, Sales Security in American Express, India 2010. She shifted her focus on Training in the year 2013. She was the Director, Training for Benley Consulting till 2017. She has conducted various life skills training programs in Mount Carmel College, Christ College, Oxford College, Surana College, Logica and Kirloskar. Currently, She is the Coach cum Manager for the Karnataka women’s Senior and under 23 Cricket teams since 2017.

She played for Women’s Cricket team, Karnataka and captained the Under 19 Karnataka team and also represented Karnataka state for throwball.

She initiated the first women’s Initiative network team in American Express, India. She is passionate about conducting Mental Toughness Programs for the players, especially for Women players.
