She has a BE from BITS, Pilani and MS (C. Sc.) from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA.

She started her career in a Startup & IBM Labs before moving back to India.  She worked with Microsoft, Amazon and Samsung in India. Her experience spans across varied roles – Engineering, Product Management, Learning & Development with leadership positions.

She is an engineer by Qualification, a Technologist by Profession, a Product Manager by opportunity & an L&D Consultant and Coach by passion.

She is passionate about grooming & mentoring individuals and teams to help them realize their full potential. Ruchi is a mother of two who has varied interests in dancing, theatre, singing, travelling and reading.
