His strategic approach to CSR (bidding for funds, project design & delivery) has helped NGOs & non-profits who have done superb work, achieve wider impact in key areas of civil society work: panchayats, addressing violence against women & children, bonded labour. His strategic communications & public affairs leadership has over the years helped hundreds of companies/institutions raise their profile & has covered a range of themes: science/research, climate/energy, development/international aid (gender, children, socio-economic empowerment, health), education, political economy, government. He is a Gold Medallist in Sociology.
