She holds a PGD in Garment Manufacturing Technology (GMT) and a degree in Commerce, University of Delhi. Her certifications include ESL – TESOL- Eton institute of languages (Dubai), NLP Practitioner and Coach- Mindbridge (ASCTP- ICF approved), Dubai and EQ Analyst, Talent Metrix, Mumbai.

She started her career in the Garment industry in Modelama Exports, Pantaloon Retail India and later shifted her focus to teaching and mentoring in Dubai in various roles at Gems World Academy, Dubai International Academy, Marya Leadership Academy. She was also a freelancer with Swiggy India. From May 2019 till now, she is a freelancer with Reflexion- A training and coaching company.
