He has done his B.com and M.A. English Literature. His certifications include Leadership Skills from Haggai Institute (USA), Sampurna Monfort College – Child Psychology, Care Counselling Institute, Hyderabad, Course in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Alpha Animators training course, ICPE School of Evangelization, Worldwide Marriage Encounter Program.He has worked with various Institutions in Karnataka and South India for the last +10 years.

His works include working with school Children / College youth / Parents / Teachers. He reaches out to 100+ Institutions in an academic year. The Founder of PathFinder:  A Catholic Lay Ministry for the past 13 years.
