She did her B.Com. from Kolkata University and later pursued Executive General Management Program, IIM Bengaluru. She is a PCC ICF credentialed Coach. Her Certifications include:

• Certified in Facilitation through Theatre for Change, Communication, Dialogue, Breaking Patterns and Expression, CCDC, Bengaluru.
• Certified in Basic Course in Storytelling and Corporate Story Telling (Kathalaya, Bengaluru).
• Certification in Management by Human Values at MCHV (IIM – Kolkata),
• Certified Thomas Profiler, Thomas International.
• Certification in Lay Counselling (Manford & Dr. Bart Begalka – Trinity Western University, Canada).

She has over 1000 hours of coaching and has coached clients from IT and non-IT companies at all levels. She has completed several Assessment Centers as Assessor for PSUs and non-PSUs  Her last two assignments were Head – Talent Acquisition at Strides Arcolab, Bangalore and Associate Director – HR at Mylan Labs, Bangalore.
