He has done his MSc in Defence Studies, PG Diploma in Marketing Management, BA Economics (Honours), Certifed Master Trainer Facilitator and Psychometric Tools Practitioner. His certifications include an Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation). Carl Jung Certified Coach, Member Pro Coach Potential Genesis HR.

He Has 40 years of experience in L&D, HR, Strategy, Administration and Security. As a Registrar of a Hotel Management Institute, he was responsible for setting up Schools in remote areas. As a Director of a Youth Army, he was training and providing career guidance for over 70,000 school and college students every year.

He comes with a wide range of skills and experience. He has unique man-management skills and is a seasoned professional in crisis management in conflict zones.
